Snickers Cake

Caramel, nuts, and tonnes of chocolate- we broke down the Snickers formula down to its bare essentials and built up a masterpiece that perfectly encapsulates the flavor of the beloved candy bar.

• We start with a basic almond Dacquoise cake that is defined by its soft and spongy texture.
• The body of the cake is moistened by a milk parfait filling.
• The core is then covered in a thick layer of Nutella and Caramel mousse that is embedded with hazelnuts to add some crunch and bite.
• We also customize signature cakes per the customer’s request.
